FTP download of Promolign database


  • The data in PromoLign database can be downloaded in MySQL or flat file format.

  • The database schema is available as PDF file.

  • The flat files are directly converted from the MySQL tables as tab delimited text file. The text files are named after the correponding tables.

  • In addition, all the 10kb upstream sequences for the Promolign genes are combined into two text file in fasta format as humanSeq.fasta and mouseSeq.fasta.
